Psychology Services Through the NDIS

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

At Elevated Minds Psychology, we support people living with a disability to build meaningful lives through the NDIS. We offer therapy under Improved Daily Living for both Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants.

How We Support NDIS Participants

We work with clients across a range of presentations, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Psychosocial Disability (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar, trauma)

  • Cognitive impairment and executive functioning challenges

  • Chronic pain, fatigue-related conditions, or acquired brain injury

We support skill development in:

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Behavioural management and goal setting

  • Social skills and relationship building

  • Executive functioning, planning and organisation
     

Our clinicians tailor interventions to client goals and capacity using frameworks like:

  • CBT and DBT-informed skills training

  • Functional behavioural analysis

  • Goal-directed therapy and graded capacity-building

Working With You and Your Plan
 

We see Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants
 

  • Therapy is provided in-person or via telehealth

  • We liaise with support coordinators, families, and allied providers

  • Reports and reviews are prepared to support plan renewals and funding advocacy
