Reports are reviewed and signed by our Clinical team for NDIS-ready applications.
Costs: From $1800 +GST (includes clinical interview, clinical measures, formalised assessment, NDIS ready report, feedback consultations, and school/allied health liaison.
Rebate: $393 for individuals under 25 y/o.
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Assessments – Child & Adult

Cognitive Assessments

Measures general intellectual functioning (IQ) using the WAIS-5, WISC-4, Weschler (non-verbal), Woodcock Johnson, and UNIT-2 (Non-verbal)
